Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to deliver outstanding service at conferences, banquets, and events in Albuquerque. You will greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely, courteous service while maintaining banquet areas with proper setup and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, bussing and resetting rooms between events, and collaborating with the banquet team to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Year Food or Beverage Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves at food and beverage functions in accordance with Banquet Event Orders, Banquet Service policies, and Banquet Management instruction.
• Provides friendly, professional, courteous and timely service to guests.
• Greet guests at assigned tables and provide exceptional service throughout the event.
• Set banquet rooms with proper linen, silverware, china and glassware as instructed by supervisors.
• Stock service areas with supplies and assist in bussing, clearing, and resetting rooms.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and complete required training.
