Sodexo is hiring a Banquet Supervisor in Bristol Mountain. You will supervise banquet and catered event operations, overseeing Banquet Captains and Servers to ensure events align with BEOs and client expectations.

The role covers setup to breakdown, ensuring safety, staffing, and guest satisfaction in fast-paced settings. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of banquet or related experience, supervisory background, POS knowledge, and alcohol service training such as TIPS/TEAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in banquet or event operations is required.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.
• Training in alcohol management (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and coordination of banquet and catered event operations.
• Oversee Banquet Captains and Banquet Servers to ensure events follow BEOs and client expectations.
• Ensure operational readiness, staffing oversight, service execution, and issue resolution during events.
• Support preparation, setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
