Sodexo’s Bristol Mountain location is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure consistent guest service, and uphold service standards in a fixed-location dining setting.

You will supervise on-floor staff, support opening/closing, conduct pre-shift briefings, and help train team members while ensuring food safety and responsible alcohol service. This role requires 2–4 years in food service and a valid certification, with benefits including PTO and healthcare.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of restaurant or food and beverage operations experience required.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must have valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) and comply with state requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-floor supervision of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support opening and closing procedures and readiness of dining areas.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to review service expectations and menu updates.
• Support training and onboarding of restaurant staff.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain staffing coverage and service standards.
• Collaborate with management and culinary teams to optimize ops.
