Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at our Bristol Mountain location to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure service standards, and maintain guest satisfaction.

You will lead on-floor staff, coordinate with management and culinary teams, and support training, safety, and compliance with alcohol service requirements. This role requires 2–4 years in food and beverage and a valid alcohol service certification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol service.
• Valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor supervision of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure dining/service readiness.
• Assist training and onboarding of staff while maintaining safety standards.
