Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Banquet Captain at Bristol Mountain, NY to provide on-floor leadership during banquet and catered events, coordinating service and directing Banquet Servers and Porters.

You'll ensure service is delivered per BEOs and timelines, participate in setup, service and breakdown, and focus on guest satisfaction, communication, and attention to detail. The role requires 1–3 years of banquet experience and valid alcohol-service certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years banquet/catering experience.
• Prior lead or captain experience preferred.
• Must hold valid alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities
