Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Concessions Stand Lead for on-site events at BRISTOL MOUNTAIN. Lead concession staff, manage service flow, and ensure guest satisfaction during high-volume periods.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in concessions or food service, and relevant certifications. Opportunities for training and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in concessions, food service, or customer service.
• Lead experience preferred and alcohol-service age compliance.
• Must maintain valid alcohol-service certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-stand lead for assigned concession locations during events.
• Provide guidance and support to staff during peak service periods.
• Address basic guest concerns and elevate issues to supervision when needed.
• Communicate operational needs, staffing issues, or supply shortages to leadership.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and frequent lifting up to 35 pounds.
