HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Banquet Assistant to support the Banquet Manager, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth event execution. The role involves setting up meeting rooms, transporting equipment, and maintaining room cleanliness, with PM shifts typical and AM/Holiday/Weekend availability required.

You'll work in a dynamic hospitality environment, benefit from extensive associate programs, and be part of a team focused on delivering a home-away-from-home experience across HEI’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment and set up styles used in meeting rooms.
• Lift/move tables and chairs and podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and adapt communication style.

Responsabilités

• Assist Banquet Manager in preparing for events and ensure guest experience.
• Set up meeting rooms per guest specs and replenish supplies.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and reset for next function.
• Maintain attendance and be flexible for PM/AM/Holiday/Weekend shifts.
