HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Banquet Assistant to assist the Banquet Manager in preparing for banquet guests and ensuring a positive guest experience. You will set up meeting rooms, transport equipment, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness.

The role requires physical stamina and flexible PM/AM/holiday weekend availability. A strong team player with reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move heavy furniture is essential; prior banquet or hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to move goods up to 500 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications and transport heavy materials.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down meeting rooms and reset for next function.
