Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service for members and guests during events and banquets. This role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, while collaborating with the banquet team to ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience.

You will work knowledgeably on menus, accommodate dietary needs, greet guests, perform setup and breakdown tasks, and maintain a clean, organized service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications per state/city requirements.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions with the team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards across all events.
• Assist with F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Know menus and dietary accommodations for events.
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere through effective communication.
• Address member/guest concerns with service recovery.
• Set up banquet areas and maintain organized workspaces.
• Complete daily side work and stock supplies.
• Support event setup/breakdown and décor as needed.
• Attend briefings and stay informed of duties.
