• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Country club environment experience is a plus.
• Hospitality or restaurant background preferred.
• Ability to work alternating shifts.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a seamless guest experience in banquet operations and a la carte dining with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the club.
• Set up, break down, clean, and replenish event spaces and dining rooms.
• Greet members warmly and make name recognition a priority.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and politely.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to uphold positive relations.
