You will oversee service standards, supervise staff, manage scheduling and costs, and collaborate with culinary leadership to enhance menus and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant restaurant or food & beverage management experience; private club or resort preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, labor controls, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent guest service skills and a hands-on approach to restaurant operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service standards and an outstanding guest experience.
• Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, events, and operational updates.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to meet budget targets.
• Assist with financial reporting, closing procedures, and gratuity administration.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock levels.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to improve menus and service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards.
• Support other club restaurants, banquets, and catering operations as required.
