Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast seeks an experienced banquet production cook to lead event food service and maintain high safety and quality standards. You will follow banquet recipes, assist with setup, and ensure a polished guest experience across buffets and plated meals.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude for guests and team.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial kitchen, preferably casino/hospitality.
• 18+ with GED or HS Diploma.
• Food Handler's Card and knowledge of regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet service prep and setup for buffets, plated meals, and events.
• Follow recipes and standards with precision under supervision of Executive/Banquet Chef.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized kitchen and proper food labeling/storage.
• Cross-train in main kitchen production and support team as needed.
• Foster positive, collaborative communication across the kitchen and with supervisors.
