Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon is hiring a Banquet Cook to assist the chef team with daily banquet operations and event execution. You will help with high-quality plating, prep, and timely service for weddings and gatherings in a breathtaking resort setting.

We value a strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail. You should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain top sanitation and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cooking and knife handling.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling.
• Previous prep or line cook experience.
• Food Handler's permit required.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and sets up banquets according to department guidelines.
• Proficient in cooking techniques and equipment.
• Prepares food items on banquet menus in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Executes events on Chef’s standards.
• Cleans and maintains station with safety and sanitation.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment usage.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization.
• Work in a team environment and under pressure.
• Communicate professionally.
• Additional duties as assigned.
