The lively Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/orlhhsa-signia-by-hilton-orlando-bonnet-creek/) and Waldorf Astoria Orlando (https://www.waldorfastoriaorlando.com/) are looking for a Banquet Cook I to join their team. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek offers an innovative dining experience, featuring spectacular outlets and bars, each with its own vibrant personality, inviting décor, and distinctive menu.

Ideal candidate: Has at least 5 years of culinary experience in banquets, with large-scale experience preferred.

Shift Pattern: Varies with a mix of AM and PM shifts, including shifts starting as early as 3 am. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Rate: $24.02 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards to deliver outstanding service and profitability. Your tasks include:

  • Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Having knowledge of menu and food products
  • Stocking and maintaining food stations
  • Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
  • Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items
