Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of culinary experience.
• Experience in upscale, high-volume hotels or restaurants preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of food service sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Read and execute kitchen tickets, ensure timely preparation.
• Maintain station mise en place and organize supplies for shifts.
• Complete closing-side work and secure kitchen at shift end.
• Monitor finished products for quality and timely service.
• Assist with dishwashing and clean as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions to leadership.
