Opry Entertainment Group is seeking a Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations for Grand Ole Opry experiences. You will prepare and replenish catering and concession items, display menu items attractively, and work across kitchens, food trucks, and VIP lounges to delight guests before and during shows.

The role emphasizes teamwork, service, and integrity in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes.
• Display and replenish food for guests' self-service; pre-package items for concessions and events.
• Deliver exceptional service to all guests.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage per HACCP guidelines.
• Clean and organize walk-in coolers and kitchen spaces; ensure proper labeling, dating, rotation, and temperature control.
