Job summary

Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, the FM real estate division, is hiring for a Full-Time Cook at Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, MA. The role supports the Bistro team with high-volume kitchen duties, preparation, and plating.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, following recipes with creative flair, and accommodating dietary requirements while delivering quality guest experiences in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of cooking experience in a banquet/catering high-volume environment required.
• 1+ years of cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation, cooking methods (i.e. sautéing and grilling) and knife skills.
• Culinary Arts Degree and ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and storage of food.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and professional demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guests' special requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare dishes with creative flair and consistency.
• Know ingredients to accommodate dietary requirements.
