Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned Chef de Partie - Banquets to join our culinary team. You will contribute to high-volume banquet events, execute menu standards, and mentor junior cooks under the Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in banquet/catering kitchens.
• Technical or vocational culinary degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of recipes, presentation, and banquet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the kitchen team.
• Oversee daily food preparation and ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and supervise junior cooks.
• Estimate production needs and monitor food safety and sanitation.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and cost control in banquet services.
• Train and guide subordinates to maintain motivation and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, standards, and service timelines.
