Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Chef de Partie for Saltbreeze to join our high-volume culinary team. You will support the Sous Chef and ensure excellent service in our culinary department, delivering quality and consistency according to our standards.

With at least 3 years of related experience and a technical or vocational background, you will lead and train junior cooks, coordinate daily prep, and maintain food safety and portion control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• A technical, trade or vocational school degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Supervise junior cooks and coordinate daily prep with the Sous Chef.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and food quality.
