Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our Food & Beverage team. You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and presentation across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

You will inspire and support a talented culinary team while upholding food safety standards to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will manage station setup, recipe adherence, inventory, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or culinary education required.
• 2+ years culinary experience with strong prep and kitchen ops knowledge.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast, lunch and dinner prep while maintaining recipe, portion and presentation standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, station setup, production planning, and service execution.
• Train, coach and support culinary team to foster excellence and teamwork.
