You will support the Executive Chef, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure exceptional member experiences through meticulous planning and teamwork.

Role requires 3-5 years in banquet or culinary leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety, sanitation and professional service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in banquet/culinary leadership
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-volume events
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with members and guests professionally
• Experience working with diverse teams and backgrounds
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assists cooks in producing quality food and supervises preparation and cooking
• Reviews banquet requests and reads function sheets to assign duties
• Orders foods with Executive Sous Chef and ensures function sheet ingredients are available
• Maintains clean, safe work area and schedules to manage payroll and overtime
• Learns and adheres to safety, sanitation and standard operating procedures while supporting culinary leadership
