Berkeley Hall Club in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a Line Cook/Roundsman to join our premier kitchen. This full-time role supports all kitchen stations, including pantry, hot line, and banquet operations, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will prepare ingredients, execute menu items with precision, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced, member‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role (minimum 1 year).
• Proficient in basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure quality and presentation.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and quality guidelines.
• Cook dishes during service based on orders and timing protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned station(s) during service.
• Ensure plates meet presentation and quality standards before serving.
• Coordinate with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support other kitchen duties as needed.
