Job summary

Colleton River Club in Bluffton, SC seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and clubhouse operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will work with the Restaurant Manager, Clubhouse Manager, and culinary team to coach staff, uphold service standards, and manage labor and inventory.

Qualifications

• One year or more experience of dining room/banquet supervisory experience (a plus).
• Previous experience at a private club or hotel.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Spearheading projects or assigned responsibilities on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event calendar.
• Experience with Jonas POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily food and beverage operations across clubs, dining venues, banquets, and events.
• Create an engaging hospitality-focused environment for members, guests, and staff.
• Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate service expectations, menu details, and training topics.
• Maintain high standards for fine dining, casual dining, beverage service, and member service.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu knowledge and service standards.
