Qualifications

• Prior experience as banquet management is highly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
• Oversee banquet room set up, team direction and organization.
• Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements as necessary.
• Manage team members; lead with honesty, professionalism and thoughtfulness.
• Respond to guest and coordinator requests and needs.
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained.
