The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane seeks a Banquet Captain to lead banquet teams and ensure flawless event execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with event planners and the culinary team, oversee service standards, and adapt to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
