Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group in Midway, Utah, seeks a Banquet Captain to lead our banquet service team during events at Homestead. You will coordinate servers, liaise with event planners and the culinary team, and ensure flawless execution with a focus on guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of banquet attendant/server experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience is required.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
