Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is seeking a meticulous Banquet Captain to supervise all banquet events and ensure operations run smoothly while prioritizing guest comfort and safety. The role requires strong leadership, time management, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple event streams, lead staff, and coordinate with kitchen and organizers. This position may involve weekends and holidays and requires a GED and 2+ years in catering/banquet roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years catering operations or banquet experience, preferably in a lead/supervisor capacity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet operations and supervise events.
• Participate in department meetings.
• Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment.
• Assist with banquet staff weekly schedule.
• Assist management, staff and organizers with planning the layout and logistics of events.
• Delegate duties to servers and oversee activity throughout events.
• Supervise setup and service of food and beverages.
