• Plans serving order and coordinates its timely, quiet delivery.
• Works with Culinary team to ensure items/counts match the Banquet Event Order.
• Ensures servers are ready to serve meals when prepared.
• Supervises wait staff and setup staff.
• Trains all setup and wait staff.
