Arizona Grand Resort & Spa seeks a polished banquet supervisor to lead the banquet floor at Phoenix's premier all-suite resort. You’ll direct servers through setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution and a memorable guest experience.

With a background in food and beverage supervision, you will train teams to meet four-diamond standards, coordinate with culinary and event staff, and keep operations safe, organized, and guest-focused from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education welcome.
• Food Handler’s Card, Title IV Alcohol Certificate, and a valid Arizona driver’s license (CPR/First Aid a plus).
• Sharp mind for logistics, math, and multitasking under pressure.
• Unshakeable hospitality mindset that turns guests into loyal fans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire banquet staff through all phases of event service — setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Train, mentor, and elevate your team to meet the resort’s four-diamond standards.
• Partner with Banquet Managers and the Culinary team to bring each Banquet Event Order to life.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and service areas with an unwavering eye for cleanliness and readiness.
• Step into the spotlight for weddings, galas, and VIP functions — including Wedding Shadow and Site Meal responsibilities.
• Document each event’s story through detailed captain’s reports, capturing wins and opportunities alike.
• Champion safety, professionalism, and guest delight in everything you do.
