• Check Banquet Staff’s Event Orders for accuracy.
• Set up banquet room as per management instructions.
• Serve food and/or beverage as instructed.
• Replenish beverages and food items as necessary.
• Act as point of contact for group representatives.
• Inspect banquet areas at the end of the function.
