Job summary

HRI Hospitality in Houston is seeking a Banquet Server to ensure outstanding guest service and high-quality food delivery for events and functions. You will arrive on time in uniform, assist with setup, and deliver meals with knowledge of the menu to guests.

This role requires clear English communication, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work.
• Assist with setting banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including plated meals and condiments.
• Be familiar with menu offerings to provide accurate information on ingredients.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables and return to stewarding area.
• Assist team members to accomplish tasks and maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist with side work and restocking banquet supplies.
