Atrium Hospitality is seeking a banquet events teammate at Rogers Embassy Suites in Rogers, AR. You will lead the setup and breakdown of events, coordinate service flow, and ensure meals are served on time with polished presentation.

You will also support scheduling, training and inventory while upholding safety and guest satisfaction. Prior banquet experience and certifications are preferred, with a 90-day path to complete any missing certifications.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Banquet food service experience (6 months)
• Leadership potential or experience
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)
• Physical stamina (lifting, bending, walking, standing)

Responsabilités

• Lead setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision (linens, silverware, china)
• Coordinate flow of service and ensure meals are served on time
• Guide and motivate banquet team to deliver guest experiences
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting
• Assist with scheduling, training and inventory management
