• Proper food safety training and certification as described by law.
• Experience working with computers (MS Office/Google) / POS systems (Micros)

Aufgaben

• Oversee banquet set-up to break-down and act as the contact for meeting planners/hosts.
• Maintain high guest service standards to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate communication between client and banquet team.
• Assist with staff hiring, development, scheduling and training.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and service stations.
• Supervise service flow and assign tasks to servers.
• Monitor food quality and safe handling practices.
• Manage daily cash deposits and POS transactions as needed.
• Open and pour wine at tableside when required.
• Fill in for absent staff and greet guests warmly.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards and hotel policies.
• Understand and communicate hotel products and services to guests.
