Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience preferred.
• Experience in a 4‑star/5‑star venue is beneficial.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is valued.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and arranging centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages, carry trays, and clear tables during events.
• Bus, clean back hall, straighten storerooms, and assist with break stations (coffee, tea, snacks).
• Assist event room setup per meal period and table needs; stock workstations and condiments.
• Ensure final quality check on food/beverage items and address guest requests.
• Interact with guests professionally and provide warm welcomes/farewells.
