Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Cary, NC seeks a Part-time Banquet Associate to lead setup and breakdown of events, coordinate service flow, and ensure meals are served on time.

You will motivate the banquet team, handle AV setup, and assist with scheduling and inventory. Strong customer service and safety awareness preferred; 6 months banquet experience and food/alcohol certs expected. DailyPay and tuition reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience.
• Leadership potential or experience is helpful.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking and standing during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision.
• Coordinate the service flow so meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.
