Job summary

A premier resort destination in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to lead the banquet team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee events from setup to breakdown, train and guide staff, and ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction. Candidates should have previous hospitality leadership experience and be flexible to work various shifts. The position offers a part-time schedule of 25-45 hours weekly along with gratuity and tips from events.
