Job summary

The StateView Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Banquet Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and oversee banquet events. You will ensure flawless execution, guest satisfaction, and compliance with standards across intimate gatherings and large celebrations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with Culinary, Sales, and hotel operations to deliver exceptional experiences while developing the banquet staff and maintaining cost-effective practices.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel Food & Beverage leadership experience, with banquet or catering preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong banquet operations knowledge, event setup, service standards, and group execution.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise banquet and group events from planning to post-event evaluation.
• Serve as primary client contact during events and address requests promptly.
• Lead and develop banquet team, maintaining a positive service-focused culture.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor for banquet operations.
• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of banquet spaces per BEOs and standards.
• Oversee food presentation, service, sanitation, and safety in line with regs.
