Job summary

Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit, New Jersey seeks a dynamic Lead Banquet Service Manager to oversee all event service from setup through close, reading BEOs and ensuring top-tier standards for members and guests.

Collaborate with Catering Directors and department heads, supervise event staff, and maintain courteous, prompt service in a fast-paced club environment. Strong communication and POS/Microsoft skills are essential.
