Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in a club or restaurant.
• Good understanding of event operations.
• Strong facilitator with clear communication.
• Exceptional member and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet service from setup to close: read BEOs, oversee service standards for all event staff, and give members and guests immediate, courteous attention.
• Work closely with the Director of Catering and the Director of Member Events, alongside F&B, House and Maintenance.
