Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab seeks a seasonal Bartender to provide friendly, courteous, and efficient beverage service September through November. Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and computational ability.
• Able to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS and POS.
• Self-driven, able to work independently.
• Knowledge of table and bar service; familiarity with spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in a high-volume bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar and describe menu items.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies; manage inventory opening/closing.
• Ensure liquor, beer, and wine are secured and stored properly.
• Assist with recipe batching, garnishes, and bar prep tasks.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and glassware upkeep.
• Operate a cash register and handle payments per policy.
• Assist servers and other staff as needed; support deep cleaning.
• Attend to guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
