Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Anchorage, AK is seeking a catering bar staff role to ensure top-quality bar service for events. You will assist with setting up portable bars, stocking garnishes, glasses, ice, and requested liquors, and will maintain supplies throughout functions.

You will craft beverages and use the POS system to ring bar purchases, contributing to a smooth guest experience and high standards of service at each event.

Responsibilities

• Work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality.
• Set up portable bar with the appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
• Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
• Making really great beverages! Using POS system to ring bar purchases for guest's drinks.
