Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel Complex is seeking an energetic Banquets team member to ensure guest satisfaction during events. You will follow BEO details, greet guests, uphold cleanliness, and assist with setup, service, and teardown with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ensure that details are followed from the banquet event order (BEO).
Provide guests with the finest quality of service in a warm and enthusiastic manner.
Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and safe.
At close of function and end of workday, ensure rooms are cleared, locked, and equipment stored.
Be present in room and greet guests upon arrival.
Submit maintenance requests for broken or damaged equipment.
Assist staff with room setups, food service, and cleanup when necessary.
Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report shortages, damages or security issues and handle guest requests.
