Polsinelli PC seeks a paralegal with 5+ years in sophisticated bankruptcy practice. You will file documents in Federal Courts via CM/ECF, manage deadlines, and support attorneys with Chapter 11 matters.

Responsibilities include drafting notices, motions, fee applications, and organizing exhibits, while coordinating hearing materials and communicating with court personnel. A Paralegal Certificate or related degree is preferred.

Formación

• Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sophisticated bankruptcy experience.
• Billable requirement: 1600 hours per year.
• 5 days in office; start time 8:30 or 9:00.
• Experience with CM/ECF and bankruptcy pleadings.

Responsabilidades

• Extensive e-filing within Federal Courts, including CM/ECF.
• Interpret local rules and support attorneys with case needs.
• Manage deadlines and docket calendars for Chapter 11 matters.
• Prepare notices, motions, fee applications, proofs of claim, exhibits.
• Coordinate hearings and hearing materials; interact with court staff.
• Record time with firm-compliant billing.
