Qualifications

• 3+ years of bankruptcy paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Familiar with ECF filing and U.S. Bankruptcy Court procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with legal software.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead and associate attorneys in bankruptcy cases.
• Draft pleadings and notices, including motions and proofs of claim.
• Prepare hearing binders and organize fee applications.
• Monitor case dockets and maintain service lists.
• Maintain calendars and deadlines across Chapter 11/7 matters.
• File pleadings electronically (CM/ECF) with courts.
