Polsinelli PC seeks a paralegal with five plus years of sophisticated bankruptcy experience to support attorneys across multiple offices, including Atlanta, Denver, Kansas City, and New York.

The role emphasizes e-filing in federal courts, docket management, and preparation of notices, motions, and proofs of claim using CM/ECF, iManage, and other firm tools. This is a full‑time, in‑office position requiring five days per week.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate or related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sophisticated bankruptcy experience.
• Billable requirement: 1600 hours per year.
• 5 days in-office.
• Start time for this role will be either 8:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. (Work day hours Monday to Thursday 7.75 hours and Friday 7.5 hours plus overtime when necessary.)

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with e-filing in Federal Courts, including CM/ECF.
• Interpret and apply local court rules while supporting attorneys.
• Maintain and communicate court deadlines and calendars.
• Prepare and assist with filing notices, motions, and proofs of claim.
• Coordinate hearing logistics and materials.
