Talent With Heart seeks an Associate Attorney for its Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Litigation Practice Group in Seattle, WA. The role involves representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and debtors across complex restructuring and insolvency matters, including both litigation and transactional work.

The candidate should have a JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record and a Washington Bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing (or eligible to waive).
• Soft skills: outstanding writing, research, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.
• Handle loan workout negotiations, restructuring transactions, and distressed asset matters.
• Manage creditors' rights litigation, including loan enforcement actions, receiverships, and foreclosure proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation.
• Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
