Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
• Lead loan workout negotiations, restructurings, and distressed asset matters.
• Manage creditors' rights litigation, including enforcement actions and foreclosures.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and related filings; provide strategic insolvency guidance.
• Collaborate with partners in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
