Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc seeks a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney for its Seattle office. The role focuses on complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights litigation, representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and debtors in Chapter 11/15/9 matters.

Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and an active WA bar admission. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Washington in good standing (or eligibility to waive)
• 4–8 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, or insolvency experience
• Experience handling loan workouts, enforcement actions, receiverships, foreclosures
• Expertise in Chapter 11, 15, and 9 municipal insolvencies
• Excellent drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors in bankruptcy matters
• Handle loan workout negotiations and distressed asset matters
• Manage creditors' rights litigation including enforcement actions and foreclosures
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice
• Advise on insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with partners in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
