Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Banking/Trust Associate consultant to join the team in New Jersey with plans for permanent hire after training. The position focuses on data entry for trust accounts, account setup and maintenance, reconciliations, deposits, and claims processing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail banking, excellent communication, and very strong Excel skills, and be able to work in-office full-time. A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

Our client, a leading professional service company is adding a Banking /Trust Associate to their team. They are seeking to hire this person as a consultant immediately with plans to hire permanently after training for the role.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry for Trust Accounts
• Account Setups, Data Maintenance of Accounts, Account Reconciliations, Deposits, Etc.
• Ensure Proper Paperwork is received and is in compliance for Accounts
• Process Claims for accounts
• Sort and apply mail
• Provide Account holders/customers with support
• Draft Spreadshhets and memos as needed
• Handle Mo-End Functions as it relates to Accounts/Accounting

Requirements
