Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Franklin, TN is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of small business clients, perform full-cycle bookkeeping, monthly close, and prepare financial statements.

This onsite role starts with training onsite, then a hybrid schedule after onboarding, with occasional overtime. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, client accounting, or operational accounting experience.
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial statements
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
